What kind of events do you want to see? Overall pet events (like something going on in a park)? Agility? Frisbee? Conformation? Obedience? Herding? lol. Yeah, there's a lot.
I would figure out what you'd like to see and then you can do a Google search or go specific sites for schedules. i.e. if you want to see agility, you can go to the AKC website and find an event in OR near you. BTW, ASSA Nationals are in Albany next year (not close, but closer than me, lol).
You can go to Sheltie club websites and see if they have anything going on. I guess it just depends on what you want to go to.

InfoDog lets you search by state. It's not the easiest site to navigate, but it works pretty well.
