And this is at EVERY meal! His excitement is just through the roof!
Sometimes (and yesterday morning was one of those) he will be sooo pushy that he barks and barks at me to hurry up and get his food that he tries to nip me in the ankle! Of course it doesn’t have the desired effect because it just causes me to laugh which slows me down. Heck, even Blueberry was staying clear of him yesterday morning…he was just over the top!

That must be how he keeps slim….but don’t let him know that, he’d expect MORE cookies!
My mom keeps crackers in her nightstand drawer….she made the mistake of giving Piper a cracker one morning. Now he knows…and will go in there and STARE at her until she gives in. Never ever ever let them know about a secret stash of food

Piper your humans sure are a cruel lot.. all that dancing and nada-- I would report them to the SPCA of Canada NOW.. I mean don't they understand anything?? What do you, have to spell it out in cursive for them?? Keep working at it, eventually they MIGHT learn!!! PS mine do a chase me game involving one running thru the house with his/her tail inthe others mouth then reverse until I get the food prepared.. For supper first one then the other comes up to remind me what time it is... like clock work.

It’s funny because I was doing a chase game similar to yours yesterday morning…I was running back and forth down the hallway into the kitchen with Piper and Finnie chasing me! Piper sure was amped up for his breakfast after this!
Fortunately Blueberry didn’t take part…she’d have been the one biting on someone else’s neck fur if she had!
