Nothing wrong with your schedule. Pup is getting plenty of exercise and downtime as well (some pups just don't know when to quit!)
Its virtually identical to the schedule and crating that I had when I brought Bacca home last year. They do settle eventually.
I still come home at lunch, and most times, Bacca will slowly get up to greet me, and then crawl back into his crate. Indy is a little more enthusiastic, but barely. They just want to continue their nap.
They get lively though after 4 p.m. When I come home from work, they are like firecrackers! They want FOOD! and they want PLAY and they want WALK! And then they'll crash until bedtime, then crash again when we go to bed.
