PuppyTails + PonyTails
Some of my absolute favorite grooming combs and rakes that I use for my Sheltie's double~coat fur are actually for a horse's tail and mane!
~ These fantastic combs have exceptionally long and safely rounded teeth that are ideal for getting entirely down to their skin through all of their fur and the co$t for these *equine* grooming tools is usually better than in the dog's assortment
I have also discovered that conditioning shampoo, specifically labeled as an equine grooming product for a horse's mane and tail is truly wonderful for my Sheltie's fur and I recently purchased what is absolutely my very most favorite of favorite grooming combs.....
this one is another handled equine comb with (1") long teeth and it is actually made of silicone { like the new muffin tins, etc }
~ It honestly just glides through my Emily's long, silky fur as well as my Sadie's rather thick, dense, puppy~soft fur
