Raw Eggs = Shiny coat?

No one should feed their dogs raw egg. There is an enzyme called avidin in the white of the egg that binds B complex proteins and prohibits them from being absorbed into the body. If you wish to feed egg cook them first.

This is something I've been aware of for years, just google the word avidin and you can see for yourself that raw in this case is NOT better....

And this is why you feed them the WHOLE egg, because there is more than enough biotin in the yolk to make up for the inhibitor in the white. Cook it if you want, just feed all of it.
