The phone # on the bag I purchased which is the corporate office is dead.
1-800-977-8797 (does not ring)

Diamond confirmed to me that my bag of food is contaminated even though the bag came out of MO. I stated to them the corporate office lied to me, and if I don't receive the truth I will become the Comanche Princess. I am part American Indian and Irish, don't lie to me. The gal was really nice I spoke to.

This is not a time to tell lies when it comes to their product. My pet store is great, they are giving me my money back, and I do have the receipt. If you have a 3 in the ninth spot and an X in the tenth spot for the vendor's ID # or sku to identify their product, question the food.

I'm glad you found this information out and shared it for others. I'm confused, though -- I thought the food was contaminated in the SC plant and that's why it is being recalled? If food from a MO plant is being recalled, then what the heck? Should we find all the foods being produced at the MO plant so we know what brands to expect next? This is a heck of a mess!

The corporate office stated to me my TOTW was fine and made in MO plant.
MO state was stated on my bag. The gal from corporate lied to me, that is what ticked me off. When I called the pet store and dug into this situation, it was the MO plant too. As long as the ID/vendor's SKU was on my bag that matched the #s being recalled the food was contaminated.

I questioned her also if the food processed in SC was distributed to MO. She said no. If all the food in SC is contaminated and my bags of food is contaminated from MO and the IDs match that is contaminated then what is going on? They process a whole list of food, got to big for their britches. I believe the machines that process the food never were cleaned properly.

I attempted to call the phone # on the bag and the line is dead. Maybe the lines blew from complaints. I wanted to tactfully let them know what big liers they are. I don't like lies, text book answers.

I called the phone # I posted that the pet store gave me, so I got through. I told her what I thought. I realize they fear lawsuits.
