Recommended groomers for shelties

Hi can anyone recommend a dog groomer who specialises in shelties I have googled it but to no avail the only names that come up is in the USA?
 
You'd be better off to call a local Sheltie breeder and ask if they can suggest someone. Some breeders will also groom dogs and at least you know you're getting someone who knows the breed. Check the ASSA or AKC websites for breeders near you.

The English equivalent of those as she is in Coventry (I assume England?) We have a couple of members over there that should chime in soon :-)

Oops, guess I should look at the poster's origin, thanks, Sheep! Although I know there are breeders in England, so hopefully one nearby can point her in the right direction.
 
If you do find someone who "says" they are a Sheltie groomer, I would make sure you actually watch them groom a Sheltie (not yours) to see if they actually know what they are doing. I had a friend who took their Sheltie to a groomer who claimed to be an expert in Shelties but came back looking more like a poodle.
