Runny butt washing

Yep, another one of those threads.

Poor Deska has had diarrhea for the last couple of weeks thanks to the anti-inflammatory. Today after the umpteenth bottom bath and the third shower head I said to myself - there has to be a better way!

So is there an easier way of cleaning a dirty bottom? My method is put a shower head attachment on the bath taps, put it on high (which is why the shower head keeps breaking off the hose) and try to blast it away. Ocassionally I get the chance to put on rubber gloves. Baby wipes just aren't cutting it.

Ideas?

Just curious, Caro. How long is Deska on the meds for? You might want to touch base with your vet and tell them he has a raging case of the runs. Most of the time there's another medication they can switch him to that won't cause the same problem, and you don't want him to get dehydrated if it keeps up. Just a thought.
