Science Diet

since I am new to forum I am just now reading this....I am currently feeding my sheltie pup Science Diet Ideal Balance Puppy Chicken and Brown Rice. It does not list any by products. First ingreients are Chicken, Brown Rice, Soybean Meal, When, Chicken Meal, Porke fat with Tocopherols, Dried Egg, Flaxseed, Beet Pulp, Oats, Apples, Cranberries, Fish Oil, Peas, Carrots and then viatmins and such. Sounds healthier than what I eat. WHAT AM I MISSING HERE?

Looks like what you're feeding is above average for a dry food that contains grain. Take everything you read online with a grain of salt though, it is all relative to you and your dog's needs!
