Is anyone here going to the 2011 NOI?

I am going, but didn't get invited to bring a dog. :) A junior friend got in with her two dogs and I'll ride along as moral support and bucket briggade...oh, and with a Visa available balance... lol...

So, are you invited to attend?
 
I am not going :no: I am bummed because a bunch of my girl's relatives will be there. It would have been nice to have a little "reunion."

It should be an awesome show! Enjoy.
 
I hope one day I will be a good enough trainer and earn a spot. Some of my local training buddies get invited frequently, but they have the unusual breeds for obedience. I will just have to earn my way in. (are you listening boys?)
 
It is super hard to get an invite for shelties. Such a competive breed , it takes alot of OTCH points.

Ember got an invite in 2009 when she placed in a region qualifier but I wasn't able to go. I was changing jobs and money was tight then. I am still bummed about it.:(
 
I agree! Qualifying to go to the Invitational is as impressive as going! I wouldn't be able to go from Atlanta to LA, even if I was invited.

Atlanta to Orlando, I could do - but Bobby hasn't a single udx leg, much less an otch point on the horizon...

It might never happen, but I am hopeful and knowing that Ember got the invite keeps me inspired! I hope that it does you too JM, you have the right stuff.
