Spontaneous Diarrhea?

There is actually a crab apple remedy for dogs who are obsessive lickers so I don't think it is poisonous.

Plus have you ever tasted one raw - blah its bitter. Even my naughty roo poo eaters bawk at that, I have 5 crab apple trees and my dogs don't touch the fruit.

I've caught them both eating the frozen crabapples before, so I don't think they are the issue. (it will be nasty though in the spring when they finally fall off the tree and start to decompose into the grass! Last year I spent hours trying to rake every single one of them up!

I still don't know what set him off - I checked the backyward and nothing obvious.

What I can't figure out is why I was so dumb as to have him poop in the bed once, then not crate him, so he could do it a second time! :rolleyes2: 2 a.m. and brain full of sleep, I guess! :sleepy:

Ginger too!

:(
Oh no Ginger had diarrhea yesterday as well. Is there something in the air?
This morning there was poop all over the carpet. All that poop from one little girl.I can't remember the last time she had an accident.

She seemed fine yesterday, except for needing to go out more than usual. No new food or anything to account it. We switched food about a month ago and no problems then at all.

She seems good this morning. Hopefully it was just a 24 hr bug.

2 of mine had it last week....it must be something going around...although mine dont leave the yard so not sure how they caught it....but within a day they were back to normal...they were very tired though the day there were sick...

Were your pups sick in any other way? Bacca had no other signs at all - no vomiting, no lethargy, ate normal - just a god awful mess all over the carpets and my bed Then less than 24 hours later, everything normal!

btw - why do they always insist on doing this on material on carpets, rugs and beds - why not the tile floor!?.
