What can I say that I haven't already said? BEAUTIFUL, absolutely beautiful!:yes: At least I can pick my favorites this time, I like Precious's lake picture and the winding path the best. I'm so jealous. You have a beautiful country side and I have THIS!:ick
 
Tabitha, are those cotton balls? We lived in Texas ( Dallas ) for 5 years but I never saw those! I loved the climate there and so many great places to visit - love Galveston, San Antonio ( so pretty along the river), Austin and my memory is not too accurate but seems like there was a great little zoo in Tyler? Took a trip north one time and laughed ourselves silly at the signs advertising the Arbuckel mountains…coming from Alberta Canada and the rocky mountains those wouldn't even register as foothills.

Your Precious sheltie is simply beautifu.. Lovely photos too.

Yep, those are cotten fields. You won't find them in Dallas. I don't remember there being a zoo in Tyler (there could have been and I just don't remember), but I know the ones in San Anton and Dallas are pretty good. You must have done the river walk in San Anton way before me or it had just been cleaned when you went, because when I was there it smelled horrible, was full of trash, and the water was a sickly green color, and it was far to crowed for my tast. I personally, am not that impressed by city life. Now if you what to see a beauty go to New Braunfels and see the Guadalupe River. I've been to alot of places in Texas, but one of my LEAST favorets is where I live.:rolleyes2:
