I lost the last start to this note, so...
I have used what I felt would be the best suggestions for Nevis and our bed sharing circumstance.
In brief: She sits at my feet when I work and I used that time (don't laugh) to start our chats about not sleeping in the bed. Head tilting as I spoke, I had her attention.
Then at night (after vigorous evening runs) I gradually moved her to a bed I made up for her next to mine. I could touch her head and remind her of our talks. If she resisted and attempted a jump up,back she went. Took some time.
Last night it was Nev in the hallway (she would peek in the room to check I was in bed).
Sweetie-pie may have separation difficulties. Think I would have thought of that having raised children!
Thanks for your input. More good news later.
