The pushing game

wow, this is interestong! I am going to try this today... will submit report on any changes in Wild Man's behavior, as we progress. it should not be hard. he is very sweet and submissive about his food. thanks for this. It's going to be fun to try it. Janet

Thanks for this it does sound very interesting. Once our weather warms up I am going to try this with our Meadow. Neither one of us wants to be outside when it is -20 or so, my hands and the food might freeze before we get done. Meadow is 5 so I don't imagine waiting a month or so is going to make any difference.

This is something you can use in lieu of tugging or running whenever your dog becomes hyper, or over aroused, or hackles up thru fear, game that helps dog to develop more confidence. I have a buddy who runs reactive dog class, she teaches all her peeps this game from the first class.
As usual you start slow in your living room and when you get good pushing response can take the game on the road.
