There are quite a few on Android actually. I just downloaded this one: Android Clicker App. Has lots of different click sounds which is cool.

I just downloaded it through Google Play in Android. It's really cool. I always lose my clicker but very rarely my phone.

That's really cool and would be pretty handy for when you are out and about and don't happen to have a clicker with you. Though if you used it as a targeting pad it could go horribly wrong when your dog gets the phone and you aren't there. I'd rather keep my dogs from having any reason for going near my phone
