Toothpaste Recommendation?

I wasn't able to find any toothpaste that didn't have sorbitol in it. I ended up buying arm & hammer pet toothpaste.

My dog still seems to have really bad breath. Like when she yawns, I can smell it 5 feet away from her. I brush her teeth about 2-4x a week since she was a puppy.

I have to make a vet appointment for her 3 year vaccine booster soon anyway, so I'll have him check out her teeth. From what I can tell she has a little tarter, but not enough to justify the stench coming out of her mouth. :ick
