update on japer after he got electrocuted...

It is now almost a month after, and its as if it never happened...he does have a tiny scar where fur is missing in the corner.. but the inside is all healed up.. without any complications.. thank god!

we were told he could get gang green (sp?)
but he healed faster than the vet had thought and was back to his normal crazy self lol
 
Who cares about spelling when Jasper is ok? We're all so relieved! Bet he's walking a wide circle around cords! :eek2:

I'm so estatic that Jasper has healed so quickly and with no ill effects!! YEE HAAA!!!! Awesome. The power of prayer and Sheltie Angels !:cool:

and actually... i still see him sniffing cords...
and i FREAK out.. hes not allowed in another room unless im there now...

i'm just a tad over protective lol
 
I am so happy to hear that he is going to be just fine. I missed the original thread, I'm not sure how, but in any case, that was a close, too close of a call. This is a great reminder to really puppy/dog proof the house.
 
I'm happy to hear that Jasper is doing good too! What a tough little cookie! And I don't blame you for being overprotective! I think that was a big enough scare for all of us to want to be protective!!
 
I'm so happy that he's made a full recovery! What a scary thing to happen!

There is no end to what trouble these pups can get into! And just when you think its safe and they've moved out of a certain phase, they start a new one!
