Valdawn Shelties

Have any of you guys heard of Kaye and Herb Searle of Waterford, Ct. Sheltie breeders? I know them. Kaye passed away a few years ago and Herb is a judge but I think has long since retired but may judge occasionally.I bought my collies from them. Some of the dogs that they bred are Ch. Valdawn's Talk Of The Towne, Ch.Valdawn's Star Attraction,Ch.Tar Ri Sunrise From Valdawn.The most famous of their dogs was Talk Of The Town who won Best Of Breed three times at Westminster.

The name sounds familiar...Herb...but im just not making a connection..Are you looking for info on him? I can track down another sheltie breeder in my area whos been in shelties for over 30 years and knows everyone lol shes like the mayor in the RI kennel clubs lol

No, I was just wondering if anyone heard of them. They are good friends of mine.KAye was such an awesome person. She was an AKC judge also.

I've always wanted to learn more about them. My Trevor is a son of
"Ebby"- (CH. Tar-Ri's Secret Revelation). Ebby's dad is CH. Prinhill Tar-Ri's Tigerman. (Trevor's mother was the great Zion's Rockgarden Rose.)
