We are so close I can almost taste the sweetness of an OTCh title. We earned 2nd place after I lost a runoff for first to a former obedience instructor. I didn't feel bad at blowing the runoff. It was a simple error made on my part because I was watching Davina smile from ear to ear and didn't listen closely to the judge's calls. So, we tied for first place out of 28 showing entries. We earned 4 points in Open B and are now sitting at 98 points with just 2 more to go.

I hope the next time we're in a runoff, I can hold it together and not blow it. Davina just cracks me up sometimes.

And I love that even in a stressful/close to that special Q, you were able to enjoy the moment with your dog :)
 
No one can hardly blame you for missing the OTCh! You were admiring your sweet furbaby, and that to me is better that all the Q's in the world! I'm sure you'll get it soon though.:yes:
