Why does it say Novice under my name when I post?

I can only remember one member by name that has this problem (Smudge). I've seen several others, but I can't remember what there names are.

Here is what happened with that user. She registered and never reached 10 posts before becoming a premium member, so when her premium membership expired, it reverted her back to the user group she had at that time. I've since gone in and made her a fully registered member (since we know she is not a spammer) and it then picked up her rank based on post count.

Members who are below the 10ish post threshold are handled differently than those who have posted more often. In a situation like this I'd have to manually fix it.
