When Kaleigh was in the teething phase, I got so miffed that she preferred me to any of the MANY alternatives. There were days that I thought I wouldn't survive that phase, but now at almost 11 mths, she is the pup/dog of my dreams. With Savannah hitting 12 wks, I am thinking-WHAT was I thinking as she is an extreme chewer-likes fence posts, tree trunks (part beaver?), puts Kaleigh as a lightweight in comparison, ugh...Kaleigh potty trained easily...Savannah is a camel at night, sleeps through, but during the day she has to GO all the time and isn't as interested in keeping herself clean. Never had a sheltie like that before Kaleigh is compliant, Savannah leans more to defiance. I think she is smarter and USES it...the whole what is it gonna get me attitude is in her eyes. I am really trying to be ultra specific about expectations, commands, etc. Kaleigh has regressed a bit, but I think it is the whole adjustment, distraction of having a new sibling/playmate-I can only HOPE!
