I checked and Quail now named Stoney seems to still be up for adoption at Central Ohio Sheltie Rescue.

I do know a sheltie rescue got him and changed his name and if he was adopted it would be through the rescue.

I called the shelter and This sheltie has been adopted.

What the heck is wrong with people. This just makes me both sad and angry. Unfortunately, this goes on more than we know especially in puppymills. I hope this sweet sheltie gets spoiled rotten from now on. I bet bet they need lots of donations for medical care.
