Thank you for the friend request! Thanks for sharing the couch story too! Isn't that the way it always works, the truck costs more than the items your moving! Hope you had a great weekend! Give Mally big hugs from the girls!
Yes, Marlie can usually be found on the couch! She just turned 4 on the 6th of Feb. and Rasha just turned 8 on the 17th. Zoe would have been 8 last Nov. I love my girls! They just can make any day brighter!!
Hi! Thank you so much for the birthday wish! I haven't been on in a while so I just got it. By the way, I think Mally looks a lot like my Marlie! Very cute! Hope things are well with you and Mally!
I really don't think my parents will ever get another pet. We will all have that one pet that is once in a lifetime. I think that is what my parents had with Dakota. They also said they are getting too old for this (meaning the death part). I understand that. It takes a toll on someone. True is very loving towards my kitty (Trixie). For the short time they were friends...True misses Dakota too. When we visit my parents she will go over to the bookcase and stand on her hind legs and look at where Dakotas collar is. We put it there when he died. I had pictures made for my parents of Dakota to put up in their living room. I took one down the other day and showed True....she went crazy!! She started barking at the picture and trying to lick it. I think she thought he was in there True got a hold of a picture of me and tore it to shreds...guess I should take a hint!! God is getting us through it....we know Dakota is safe and healthy now but it is the missing part that is sooo hard!!
Just read your other message...sorry!! Dakota still is missed greatly. Yesterday was 2 months since he passed...seems like yesterday. My kitty is still very needy and clingy. I guess Dakotagave her more love than we thought. My parents have become so attached to True....she even wiggles when she sees them!! On a couple of occasions my dad has caught himself calling her Dakota (True will sometimes do things that Dakota did). True is doing better...this last round of meds cleared up her bladder infection...but I believe the credit goes to Jesus for healing her. My mom went back to work (school teacher) and she is doing better and better each day!! How are you doing??
She likes the sheltie better than the boxer. Sadie is a very gentle little dog. She never tries to jump on you or when she plays is never rough. She really likes the cats when they lay on her lap.
I got some meds from the doc.. so the sleeping is going better,, as for Snickers.. he is having the time of his life .. he loves running thru the snow.. he is doing very well (Thank God). And he will get a big hug from you
