I can understand that you want her back. I know I will have to suffer some day when Mally passes away. I kid myself sometimes, thinking we will have him forever. Mally is 4 going on 5 in April, 2010. We love him like a child. Some people can not understand that. Here at the forum people understand. Sorry to be rambling on and on. My heart goes out to you on the passing of your dog. Makes me cry thinking about it. A young lady named BeckyBoo recently lost a sheltie named Dakota from cancer. Dakota belonged to her parents. The whole family is taking it hard, especially her Dad. I have been praying for her family for strength to get through this and I will pray for you as well. Thankyou for the comment/compliment on Mally's picture album. I can not take credit there, Don, my fiance (Mally's Daddy) is the photographer. I will tell him, though.

You did not let her down (regarding kind of food you have been feeding her) YOU DID NOT KNOW. Can not be accountable if you didn't know. Don't be too hard on yourself. Years ago people feed dogs whatever brand and I do not remember dogs dying right and left. You have been feeding her/that's the main thing.
