I have never bothered with this before except when we had a permanent foster, but after receiving this years notice to renew the licenses for my boys I decided to call the county and ask if I need to get a license for my fosters. I told her I don't know if they'll be here a week, a month, etc...

So far we haven't changed any of their names. We got one puppy owner turn in that I named. I named him Rascal for his puppy antics.

I've had two foster failures, Peppy just a couple weeks ago. Good luck, she seems very sweet.
