  • Hi Granite! Thank you for the friend invitation! I love making new friends. Your puppies are so cute. It is so exciting watching them grow. I have never seen such little ones before. My two run to the computer whenever I play the video of them all making the little squeaky noises. I cannot wait to see them growing up ( I know, they will leave you in a few weeks, but until then, we can enjoy them!)
Hi granite, thanks for the invitation! always happy to meet new sheltie people.

Not to confident with the computer and working out how to post, especially the pictures, but I guess I will learn as neccessity demands. lol!

    Cheers,
    Carmel (Elenbah Shelties. Aust.)
Thanks Janice! We took a lot of pictures and videos of the first litter as well. We presented each new family a puppy packet that included a vet record, tips on raising and training pups, AKC registration info, sample of the puppy food we were using (Nutro Max), and a CD with an assortment of pictures and videos featuring their puppy. Most of our adoptive families were local, but one came from Connecticut. In particular, she was happy for the videos and pictures to help her choose her puppy.

This litter of puppies is so large that without good photo documentation of their markings (as well as a written description) it would be hard to tell who's who. Now I suppose I could just go with that, but I have a large concern about each pup thriving and without comparing weights from day to day there's no good way to do that!
Oh your puppies are so cute!! I just love the video's your doing of them. The breeder we got our Shelly from started sending us picture's when she was only a day old then every 2 weeks until we picked her up. My son who is in 4-H decided to keep up with the picture taking weekly for his 4-H project right now Shelly is 32 weeks old if you check out my profile you can see her pictures. They change so quickly and you don't really seem to notice it but looking back at the pictures you can see the change. I'm sure when the time comes and the pups start going to new homes the families are going to love seeing the pictures and the videos you have taken.
