Hi everyone!
Thank you for your warm welcomes! I already feel so "loved". Hahahaha!
HI MI!!!! I didn't know you were on this forum too!!!! So exciting!
Haha, now I can conclude, wherever there are sheltie forums=there will be Mi too! XD Muahahaha >
I really appreciate that you guys are going an extra mile to help me out!
I hope to get a sheltie by the end of this year, or early next year
My only concerns now are on some typical genetic dog problems (which some I know may lead to fatality/blindness/paralyzing), what sort of good brain-stimulating toys I can buy for doggie and whether I can take it out for at least 3 walks per day (I can do 2, but I'm not sure if that's enough!).
I'm currently mapping out the costs of its training, etc., so I know what to expect, and I'm also collating a pile of medicines that are harmful to the sheltie body. It's quite a fun thing to do actually! Not at all tedious thanks to our technology (the computer. YAY
).
Could anyone share with me some diseases/genetical problems that shelties are prone to and how to help them? A bit more knowledge on this area would do good!
Thanks!

Especially since I think you're fast becoming a voice of Shelties in your area
