Pixie strongly suggests a grievance clause against the four-letter "D" word that limits her food intake and restricts treats....
Chinook here, I wholeheartedly agree! I keep telling my management that I am hungry, but she refuses to listen to me! I don't believe in the "D" word either....I don't know what to do next...maybe if I chew on her favourite shoes she'll see that I am serious here! (don't have any heirloom dutch shoes, but she does have her favourite red shoes....)

I'd like to suggest a clause be put in the new contract stating limitations on family gatherings. I'm being forced later today to attend a "supper", which is a fancy way of saying I'm going to be in the company of old people. What's worse is that I KNOW that sack the slave/chew toy/owner brought home has something evil in it for me to wear. I can smell evil.
Herding clauses would be nice as well. What's wrong with wanting to herd a few cats anyway?! I don't want to hurt them - I just want to round them up and put them away. Again, not my fault the idiot, er, kibble scooper left the gate open. So maybe a clause to protect us shelties against morons who like to blame us for their mistakes?
I want a mecdical clause as well! She thinks I can't understand. but I know she's taking me back to the vet in a week or so! You gotta get me out of there.
Send me a cake with a file in it! Mail me a water gun! NO MORE VET VISITS!

Noted all! Keep the issues coming. My weekend project is to start consolidating the requirements and start drafting the terms.
(p.s. I need to hear from Management too!)
Beware....there will need to be lots of Definitions (e.g. define DIET) and other legalize (whereas, and wherefores). It might take time to get it right, but I'm counting on IMA Barker to help with the language.

I am gathering all threads together which contain references to the 2009 contract (darn my puppy nature, this chewing stage is really giving my management true greivances against me).
Speaking of which, do we need a chewing exception for puppies of certain ages. I mean, I just can't help myself. When the urge to chew hits me, all reason goes right out of my brain and straight to my mouth. Jan keeps saying to Ron that she is concerned about "when my ormoans kick in just exactly where will my brains go? Guys, what does she mean by that?"
So anyway, Friday evening, I hope to have what I can reconstructed and then Ms. Ima Barker can possibly help draw up the 2010 contract.
