15 minutes, what could they possibly do?

Surprisingly on Sunday, I left Bailey in my bedroom, uncrated for 45 minutes with my slippers on the floor and nothing was destroyed!

I'm going to leave her alone in my room every once in a while and if she does well, maybe she'll get more freedom when I'm at work.

Thanks for the link to the video I needed a good laugh. My first sheltie, Pal, got ahold of my dad's steak cooling in the bottom broiler and devoured it in less than 15 minutes. We had a talking parakeet and that day it learned to say "Bad Pal, Bad Pal."

It doesn't matter what age they are, sometimes they just get it into their head that they need to chew something. The current favourite is pluck the toilet roll off the hanger and bring it into the living room. I've yet to catch which pup is responsible for this....

Heck, sometimes if you turn your head for a split second! Last night, we were getting ready to dine on salmon burgers when I hear my DS holler, "YOU BAD DOG!!!" :uhoh:

Bitsy Boodle had managed to swipe the bun top and a good chunk of salmon with a single, silent swipe.

I take a shower and in 5 minutes Gavin can shred papertowel, lick my breakfast bowl clean of yogurt, swipe bread from the counter, and be waiting for me outside the bathroom door looking like an angel! :D

I've often thought about setting up our video camera for times just like that! LOL Shelties are so smart that they'd probably gang up together and figure out how to turn the camera off before they do their job..

He He. They probably would.
Maverick is a true velcro dog. So he is always where I am. Except when Ryder is doing wrong than he is barking and alerting me to it.
I bought this big plastic basket with handles and I decided to put their up stairs toys in it. While on computer I can hear this noise from the kitchen. I kind of banging sound. At the same time my hubby has just gotten home so I thought it was him making the noise. Nope. Ryder s head is stuck in one of the handles of the basket, quite tight, and he is running around the kitchen with it attached to his head.I cut the handles off the basket so it could never happen again.
Not the brightest Sheltie moves.
