(Ahem) Shelties are like potato chips...

Congrats to you Sharon! Brooke is just gorgeous.

I have to add about the sloppy water drinker,as Blake is also one,and he will submerge his whole muzzle in the water dish for ice cubes. He literally dives right in.
Best of luck with your new addition, can't wait to hear updates.

Congratulations Sharon on Brookes' adoption, she is beyond stunning. The bi-blacks always present such a striking presence. I'm glad to hear she is fitting in so well with the existing family. My angel Bambi had a full, beautiful red coat and was also one of the sloppiest drinkers on 4 paws! She didn't like her tags making noise hitting her metal drinking bowl, so she would easy up to the bowl, get her tags settled and then drink from the "back" of the bowl, but she didn't like her neck wet, so as soon as she finished with her drink, she would then go use the edge of my couch, or the corner of my bedspread as her napkin and just rub, rub, rub until she thought she was all dry. What I wouldn't give to once again have a wet couch! Hope to see more pictures of this little beauty.

Thanks everyone for the nice welcome for Brooke. I am cracking up at all the bi-black owners with sloppy drinkers! Too funny. Luckily the indoor water bowl is on a vinyl floor in the dining room or it would really be a bummer.

It is interesting walking two sables and Brooke who obviously looks like Asta and Ally except for her color. People don't know what to think. It makes for some pretty looooong walks right now!

She goes to the vet this morning for her check up and vaccines and I will schedule a spay date. I will post more pictures when I get a chance.

Just wanted to add my congrats. She is gorgeous. Both of ours are bi-blacks and the boy is a verrrrry sloppy drinker and our girl looks a lot like Brooke. Enjoy.
