AKC IAC Interviewing Mom/Daughter Team (video)

I must have AKC blocked by a spam filter somewhere since I hadn't gotten this, but curious I went to watch the video at the link waiting for the wow factor at the end... the video ended & I asked myself where was the wow?
Track-back to what was shown & I say, oh that? cute.

LOL. Well okay. It was more "cute" than "wow". I just liked how they were all weaving at once. And it was all Shelties (minus the BC at the end). :)

never having trained one dog to do let alone 4 at a time, made it a wow for me :~)

Hanna goes to her first puppy obedience with me next Saturday - can't wait!

That was so cute! I may just have to look for an agility place when Hanna gets big enough, although I still like the idea of doing therapy work.

I will Check with some of my Contacts and see if they Know of any good trainers in your area we are in the same area but all the people that I know of are close to London and that would require a 45 minute drive for you, to far for regular training. where are you doing Puppy Class.

Cute video and I also liked the weaving at the end.

They compete in my area, so I always see them at shows. One of their little shelties was in the same level as my dog a few months ago. I'm sure they've moved passed us by now, but I remember Diane was running before me and her dog was fast & accurate.

Good luck to them!

I am going to On Golden Paws - in Varna, my vet ( John Earl) recommended her. What he said was great puppy class, don't listen to the food recommendations :~) I like Ian Dunbar's books and she has taken a class with him, so hopefuly it will work out - if not, I do know how to leave. As it is the drive is going to be about 25 minutes north of where I am, but she's a great little traveller so that should be okay. We go to the vet for her second set of shots tomorrow morning. She already knows sit - but I need the structure of a class, to easy to let the day go by without working on stuff when there's no specific homework.

Also we go to London at least once a week as my inlaws are 91 ( still living on their own) and we run errands or take them to appointments. Hanna is wonderful with them!

I love when I get to see "top handlers". Even more so with their baby dogs. I enjoy it because you see them make mistakes, just like everyone else. Their dogs (baby or otherwise) aren't always perfect either. It's awe-inspiring to watch them and also to see they're human/dog just like us. :)
