All signed up for our second agility trial!

We are doing Novice A std/jww and then T2B just as practice.

Our first trial was last weekend at my clubs specialty but we didn't Q. Had a great time though and overall I was happy with the runs. He just got bouncy happy coming down the A frame and jumped his contact then dropped 1 bar in JWW. Maybe we'll get our first Q in December! :fl

T2B is usually first thing in the morning, typically starting ~ 8am.
Then you'll have a long wait, depending on the number of entries.
The entry list hasn't been published yet, but if typical then perhaps starting sometime between 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
 
Yeah I figured I'd have a long wait. Being in novice bites LOL but watching the open/ex classes actually helps me chill. I don't want people to not Q or miss stuff in their runs but it helps remind me that no one is perfect even the really experienced dogs/handlers and I don't get so down on my dog if he messes up? Hope that makes sense.

The only trial we've entered was my clubs specialty so it was smaller with a lot of people I know. So far I can't find anyone I know that will be at this one so that will be kind of weird. We have our clubs holiday party Saturday so I think a lot of people skipped the trial. If anyone is wandering around and sees a cal-trans orange ez up with 4 shelties it's probably me! Stop by
 
Well we are home and overall I'm happy. 2 JWW Q's and 1 standard. On Saturday he dropped the last bar of the course in standard. Of course a lot to work on :)

I did meet several very nice people though. One was super helpful with my runs (and stalks this forum so Thanks again for all your suggestions and advice) and then 4 nice people that helped get my car unstuck from the
muddy parking lot. Then we had to turn around and get one of their cars unstuck. Yeah for rainy trials LOL
 
Congrates on the great day, trials are funny things sometimes you just dont know whats going to happen, at our last one the 2 starters standard courses were pretty much identical but #2 was run in reverse of #1, IN Std 1 every dog out of 5 faulted somewhere on the course, when running reverse every dog Q'ed, now that one made my head spin, I was like what's up with that 5 out of 5 Huh.
