That's a weight gain of just over 1 pound. Ok, so she does not seem to be loosing weight, although I caution that different scales will produce different result. She's certainly not gaining at any great speed.
So I caution you to watch her weight closely. Also check her skin elasticity. With diarrehea they lose alot of water and the best way to check is to pull up on their neck...The skin should spring back immediately. If not, then she might be dihydrated. That means immediately to the vet. I admit its hard to tell with Shelties because you can't see it, you have to feel it so use your other hand to feel how quickly skin goes backi.
I know this is very subjective in interpreting results and we don't want to worry you unnecessarily but if you have several days of vomitting and irregular stools, then yes, that means vet.

I admit it's definitely been an on and off issue, each and everytime I started a thread and each and evyeritme it was once in a month or once every other week (the runny poop and/or vomit) or something and people said, that rarely, it should just be fine and she probably just wasn't feeling well. It's definitely very frequent in the past two weeks.... Got home tonight, luckily no poop inside the house and she was able to hold it in. First poop was okay, average, and then she had to go again and she diarrhea-ed. =/ In the tub she went to get it all out.....
I wanted to book an appointment today but didn't realize they closed at 3 (since when??) and I called at 4.... and they're closed tomorrow so will call early monday morning and see what's avaliable in the immediate week for that appointment.
BTW, just did the neck stretch, it pops back in to place like a spring, no dehydration at all here. Did id several times, each time it pops back in 0.001 seconds pretty much.
Sorry I keep asking here back and forth with questions, instead of having made the call to take her in earlier. I just want to make sure it's indeed something to be worried about. Just asking the vet costs a lot of money to/book appointment and have that consultation . It'd be a rip off to go in and them tell me the same thing "She probably just had an upset stomach, see how she is over night" - something I already knew and could have done myself without having brought Precious to the vet..
Bad experience with vets, and atleast this place is some what okay. But I hate them all, there's nothing decent around here.. I just try to limit my visits if they are unnecessary. I told them about the bad stool the first time I posted a thread about mucus-y/wet stool for a couple of days and went to the vet after getting freaked out to the added fact when I also heard about Precious' mother passing away from cancer. They told me to bring her in, they did a physical, weighed her. And told me what felt like a waste of money. Which was basically well, yah her weight hasn't changed, just keep watching her stool and see if she gets better. (What's happening now) And as for the cancer thing, well you really don't know if she'll get it until she gets it, it doesn't matter if her mother had cancer. I asked what everyone else asked, if I should be worried or if there's anything I had to look out for, anything I should know and they blew it off as if it was an unncessary comment I made. The conversation lasted about 2 minutes, literally. No lie. Probably shorter. Then they said she was all fine. So I guessed she was fine.
I don't know. Bleh.
