Thanks again for all the advice. I will be putting it all to use, including calling the sheltie rescue for guidance. I will also be asking her for a good behavioral trainer. I appreciate all the positive training techniques. I know some level of anxiety is expected with a sheltie I just feel so sad when berkley gets so hopped up and I don't feel he has total control of himself and I know he depends on me to make it okay. I will begin using these techniques tonight and keep you posted. Thanks again!
