Any online videos that show proper combing?

Hi, I have no problem (behavior-wise) combing Beau but I don't think I am doing it correctly. He never looks brushed. He isn't matted or have lots of undercoat, he just looks kind of straggly instead of fluffy.

So looking for a video tutorial maybe.
