Any way to tell without paperwork?

Chandler came from an Amish puppymill in Pa. The last inspection I found that was done at the premises the man had over 550 dogs and over 50 pups living in horrid conditions and as far as I know is still in business. Chandler Started with panceatitis at age 2 1/2 and has always been very fearful of noises metal clanging,whistles even if heard on the tv,people yelling, it's really sad to see after the fireworks new years and july 4 at the inner harbor I normally have to carry him outside for about a month until he realizes it's safe outside again. It's very sad to see that at 9 1/2 he is still so afraid. Good luck with your pup.

as far as I can tell from the info my GF got from the lady who gave Cali to us is that she knows all of the owners that she had her dogs from and what not and isn't aware of anything like that but who knows how far back the bloodline goes back. Knock on wood she and all of her littermates have been 100% healthy so far! I would like to try and talk to the lady myself one day but she is going through some tough times and I am sure this is the least of her worries. I know she was planning on keeping a few of the pups but then she ended up pregnant and had no choice. Thanks for digging!
