Baker says hello!

OMG. How can you not just snuggle and cuddle and kiss and love on that adorable little dog? Oh wait, you DO!

Way better than my BEAST who is ready to take on the world.

Actually, I would LOVE to snuggle with him all day, but he prefers not to be held unless we're moving. He wants to be on the floor - more things to chew on.

All Sheltie puppies are cute, but I think Baker is one of the cutest ones I've ever seen! Glad he enjoyed the camping trip.

Thank you all! I am not "fair & balanced" - I think Baker is kinda cute.

My bi-blue Trace was my first Sheltie ever & make me absolutely fall in love with this quirky little breed. I didn't even realize bi-blue existed until I started searching for a blue merle.

When Trace left this world way too early, and after the tears slowed a bit & we decided to get a new puppy there was no question it would be a Sheltie. As much as I LOVE bi-blues, I knew it would be too hard to get another one this soon, so I went in search of a sable. I wanted the big white collar, the perfect white blaze...and then little "plain faced" Baker chose me to be his.

I have no idea what this little stinker will look like when he's all grown up, but it doesn't matter. He stole my heart the day he ran up to me & kissed my finger...he makes my heart melt every time I look at him - even when he is being naughty & biting on big bro Toby!

I am so proud of my little Baker boy! We recently started taking him to the door, ringing the bells & out into the yard on leash. I figured he really didn't grasp how to get "outside" when we carried him.

Twice today the little guy went & stood by the door - was taken out & did his bizness! Happy day!!!

He is also doing great on the leash - we aren't forcing anything, but getting him used to it & he is doing awesome.
