Can't believe how fast it flew by. Seems like yesterday we had a fluff ball running around our house. Though it's bittersweet, I have to say it's also nice to have them grow up and become a little more mature.
Barley is doing great, getting along well with everyone including our cat (finally!). They will actually hang out now and chase each other every once in a while so that's really cute to see. He loves everyone he meets, dog or human alike. There's no "reserved Sheltie temperament" in him at all. Everyone is still a friend and every dog is a new playmate. I think this part of his personality won't change as he matures - he'll just hopefully be a little less enthusiastic with his greeting as time goes by.
He's FAST and loves herding us. We've had a few people comment at the dog park how he'd do well in herding, so we're planning on checking out some herding trials this spring and summer and letting him at it.
Anyways here is a little album of new photos:

(that tongue out photo describes his personality well! A little derpy and goofy but very loveable!)

He seems to be such a clown and I know there is never a dull moment in your house. Thanks for sharing your boy with us.
