Bellyrubs!

Tully hates to expose her belly, but Deska, OMG, the king of belly rubs. He walks up to anyone, backs into them (he loves butt rubs too) and then shows his belly. He has no shame, he'll try it on anyone, but he particularly likes doing it to females and children. with men he prefers a butt rub.

Yes, that sounds like our lot. They all ask for the 'tummy rub' by lying on their backs with their legs in the air! What is funny is when they all do it at the same time.......

It's odd, but neither of my two demand belly rubs!

If Bentley is on his side, we will scratch his side and he'll roll over for a belly rub. The funny thing is that once we're done he'll stay there on his back like "are you sure you're done?"

Lexi is usually too busy to be on her back very long! She will roll around on her back when she's excited, but unless I stop her, she's up and moving around again before we have time to give her a belly rub!

Bela is a "touch not my belly" kind of girl. She's all about the head strokes and ear scratches. I mean she literally gets kinda high from the attention - she looks like an '70's stoner from a Cheech & Chong movie. It's too funny!

Gracie the honorary Sheltie Terrorist (a/k/a/ Bald Dog to Belas's Puffball) loves her belly rubs and scratches and cuddles. She is constantly trying to snuggle up with either Bela or me. Her current favorite position is with her face underneath Bela's fuzzy butt. :ick

It's really funny to walk into the den and see them sitting in "their" chair (a big old upholstered morris chair) and you can see all of Bela, but she seems to have a strangely bald extra set of legs. They really are cute that way. Gracie won't even get up when Bela's gassy episodes cause me to gag from across the room.

Indy doesn't care what kind of rub he gets.....Just love me! Belly, ears, chin, butt....its all the same to him.

Bacca? This is one weird dog! He insists on staying close to me on bed, on couch, in my office...but really doesn't get excited about being rubbed or petted. Personally I think its more about claiming his "space". Mom is mine, I was here first, so back off, Indy!

If I could describe Bacca he would be more cat than dog. Indy is definitely dog!
