Bi blue Sheltie lost at the Topsfield Mass show--FOUND SAFE!

Dear St. Francis,
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the safe return of Party. You heard our prayers and asked The Boss the calm this little lost Sheltie. Help us always to remember that He loves us and our Shelties.

Thanks for all your hard work in trying to get Party found, Ann! I appreciated the updates and for you giving us the latest information. I remember when my breeder's dog was missing for a month, how absolutely devastating it was until she was finally caught.

I applaud Party's family and those that love her for their diligence in not giving up. She is a lucky lucky dog. Not many people would relocate themselves in a hotel to the spot the dog was missing and continue their search. Great, selfless, people.

I'm so Happy! I was thinking about jumping into my car yesterday and making the drive from St. Louis to help find her! We have a bi blue (Britta) and she took off into the woods for 5 days before I finally found her. I really related to this story.
 
This was the email I got this am....too funny Shelties always let their stomachs rule!!!!!


Actually she walked into someone's backyard which was 3 driveways down from
where she's been hanging out. The owners knew there was a missing dog and
offered her some kibble, she ate it right out of their hands, meanwhile the
daughter called the police who in turn called Jessica. Jessica then called
the homeowners and said if she will follow you into the house for more food,
let her do that and close the door behind her, which she did and when
Jessica got there Party was safe and sound in the house.

She's no worse for the wear, very hungry and covered in ticks, but otherwise
she's fine.

Good ending to the story!!!!!

Yay!!!! Finally Party is with her people again. I'm so thankful she is safe and sound and now her mommy can get some real sleep!
 
What a wonderful, wonderful ending. I am so happy for Party, for Jessica, and for Paty's mom, and so thankful for the kind people who helped bring her to safety.
