Big Scare

I am so sorry your little Oberon had to go through this, hopefully he has learned his lesson with no more injury than a good scare. This can also serve as a good lesson to the rest of us to be sure our homes are "puppy proofed" as well. Little extra hug and kiss for Oberon please. :hugs
 
Gotta love those curious puppies! I'm very glad he's OK. I imagine it was quite a scare! Thanks to you and others who have posted their experiences with things like this and other dangers at home. It's a good reminder for all of us about the things we may not think of that could be hazardous! :hide
 
Gland to hear he is OK. Zulu did this too. Luckily he chewed on the low voltage side of a cordless phone plug. It scared the heck out of him, and he has never touched a cord after that. Just to be safe, we purchased some wire covers from Home Depot. They are not chew proof, but they do give a littel extra layer of protection. I also gave them a shot of bitter spray before I installed them.
 
Glad his shocking experience did not cause burns. You can't trust them for a minute! I'm looking to replace my laptop cord as its nearly chomped in two...

Sca got two of them as a puppy before I bitter apple'd him. He leaves cords alone now. Despite all his other trouble making Spitfire has never been a chewer of non-toys.
