Oh My, and Birch you're the one with the brains
That was quite the litter! Spruce is HILARIOUS, but he's certainly not a show dog anymore
He really has bashed his head (repeatedly) with a basket, that I am currently shaping him to put four paws in, his first day at the ocean he thought he walks on water where I was worried he'd get carried off by the undertow and on a walk in the woods he DID fall in between two logs over a ditch... holding himself up by his neck only, his legs kinda dangling trying to find footing... All of the above he does with flair and gusto and then he goes oh you want me to do it again?? Okies then, here I go... He's also crashed into the tire, tangled in weaves and tried to walk on teeters tor dogwalks that I haven't even trained on yet, we need to get down on all the foundations first, but he poo-poohs on that motion lol!!
So yeah he gives me grey hairs but the very biggest laughs and smiles, and I love him so much. I am grateful he grew too big and that Shelli and Rachel thought I might give him a good performance home.
He's very similar to Birch but Shelli has done SO much work with Birch in agility foundation it will take us a long time to catch up, if ever. However, that is okay as I love training more than competing anyhow lol
I would SO love for Birch and Spruce to get together again, if we didn't live SO far away
He's a very awesome Toffee herder and loves to swim and is a terror on the beaches, lol. He is quite the beach bum for being from Minnesota, too!

I so wish we could get the Tree brothers together. It would be so fun. Someday.
OMG Spruce does have a little racing stripe on his rump. Why did I not remember that.
It certainly is Grizz' trademark
