Sorry to hear about your boys! Hope they start to feel better. My dogs have always had nasal bortadella, I did not realize their was a liquid.
Many years ago, this was mentioned here on the forum by Ann. If my boys ever get loose stools, I give a tablet. Think it's supposed to be half of one, but a full one doesn't do them any harm and mine are only in the 20 lb area. Within 2 does, you'll see a difference, then I split the tablets up.
