I have to ask this question: Did she register your pup under the Canadian Kennel Club, or the CKC, Continental Kennel Club?
Its never the paperwork with me, but its the breeder's word. Believe me the WORD gets around on the reputation of the breeder. If a dealer sells me a car, I am suppose to receive the title. If a breeder sells me a sheltie, I am suppose to receive the registration papers.
I have learned assume and suppose are two dangerous words in the dictionary.
