I just buy PVC from Home Depot or Lowes. 1 1/4" for the uprights and 3/4" for the bar they jump. I buy 5 way crosses from US Plastics seen here and then I either buy jump cups from Mad Agility seen here or these wonderful jump cup strips that simply clip right onto your uprights seen here.
I personally cut my uprights to be 3' tall but you can make them any height you want.
