Just lurking and reading some of the posts in this forum and realized I'd never introduced myself. We live in Utah, and got our Sheltie in November when she was about 9 weeks old. Our dog Callie is the sister of Shelby, whose owners are my daughter and son-in-law and posts under the name of Shelbster.
We've always had dogs, but I've never really bonded that much with them before. Maybe it's because hubby and I are now empty-nesters, but Callie is definitely my baby.
She's a unique one-of a kind Sheltie, with one blue-eye and one brown-eye, but I love her anyway!
