When Ellie had the bad allergies, after she got done with her antibiotics, we switched her from her chicken-based Diamond Brand food (which her breeder feeds) to TOTW Salmon. We have eliminated all chicken from her diet. On TOTW salmon, her coat is soft, plush and lovely (still curly though, lol) and she does not ask for between meal snacks like she ALWAYS did with the old brand. It's a miracle. The food switch has also coinsided with her new GOOD behavior at "school."
Does anyone think that diet has an affect on behavior? Is this just a conincidence? I know there are a lot of other influences that could be attributed to her new "goodness" but I have no idea about a switch in food or eliminating a possible allergen could have a beneficial affect on behavior.
