He is really just too smart for his own good. He had his head through the neck hole and his front legs through the sleeves and the little beggar had the whole front wet with dog spit! Sometimes I think he thinks he is 3 months old instead of 3 years!

Isn't that something, and he knows how to wear a top!

You got to give it to them. If you want, "intelligent", Sheltie is your breed.
