Chewing

Welcome, Pam. I felt the same way with Layla the Destroyer. As a puppy, she was a holy terror. Once she hit a year, it all stopped. Now we have Beckon, who's better than any of them. He's so good! And at 7 months! :eek2:

Thank you for the big welcome!

And Strider - sorry but I had smile when I thought about the sheet sticking out of the corner of your sheltie's mouth. :wink2:

Believe it or not, I had two shelties for 16+ years. It has been a few years since my oldest passed away. Just can't remember them doing this when they were young. Sure they did though!

Well I just took pieces of a red throw rug I had at the entrance of the sunporch to living room out of Trapps mouth. He actually had a piece up in the roof of his mouth, and it was stuck in his teeth.

Lordie,,another gray hair tonite! Hopefully none got ingested. I happened to go out and check on him,and he was doing this slide across the floor and acting as though he was trying to get this "thing" unstuck from his mouth. Voila' pieces of rug!

, I'm sorry that just puts a hilarious picture in my mind! I also first thought maybe he was scooting his hiney across the floor as the peice of rug was coming out that way, LOL..
