Sending well wishes that Claussen is doing better now.
Definitely could be a blockage. When Bentley had his blockage he was throwing up AND eating. I'd keep a very close eye on him and monitor his poops (are they normal? Coming at normal times? Right size?)

I've considered switching-especially since after my move in March they're 30 miles away from me. Haven't heard of any good animal hospitals in this town though. Claussen slept like a baby. He's still sleeping...think I might go back down for a few myself.
and it was all thick heavy white snotty mucous. No hard stuff in it. I'm realizing that it must have JUST happened right before I got home because the puke was still warm and when I popped him in the sink to wash his poopy pants it came right off-hadnt even begun to dry. And he vomited again outside because he was still in the process of emptying his stomach. And within 20 minutes he was hungry and eating. He woke up the morning wanting to play and ate breakfast readily. I don't want to leave him to go to work but he seems fine now..I'll take him for a quick walk beforehand to get him to poop and see how his stool is looking.
